Party Probe: No DMC Records For Greene

Detroit (WWJ) — Lawyers for the Detroit Medical Center said no woman named Tamara Greene or Tamara Bond was treated at the DMC’s emergency room in 2002.

Greene, also known as “Strawberry,” was the exotic dancer tied to the infamous rumored party at the mayor’s Manoogian Mansion that year.

A key part of the party rumor is that Greene ended up at the hospital after she was hit with a baseball bat by then-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s wife, Carlita.

A lawyer for Greene’s family asked the hospital to turn over any records involving Tamara Greene.

In a court filing Friday, the hospital said nothing turned up involving Greene.
